By Phone: Enroll by using your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.  Call (270) 762-3659 or 1-800-669-7655, ext. 3659.

By Mail: Print and fill out the registration form below and mail it along with a check payable to MSU, money order, or credit card information to Murray State University, Office of Non-Credit and Youth Programs, 211 Industry and Technology Center, Murray, KY 42071-3347.

By Fax: Enroll by using your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.  Fax your registration Form to (270) 762-4469.

By Walk-In: Register in person Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.  Our office is located in the Collins Industry and Technology Center, Room 211.

Policies:

Confirmation: Participants will receive a receipt via mail for each paid registration.  Payment must be received in full prior to the first class session.  If a class is full or cancelled, or if there is any change in the class, you will be notified by phone.

Class Cancellation: Each class has a minimum enrollment that must be met.  Classes with low enrollment will be cancelled shortly before the starting date.  Participants already enrolled will be notified by phone.

Refunds: A full refund will be issued if a class is full or cancelled.  If you must cancel your registration, you will receive a refund minus $15 administration fee.

Discounts: All faculty, staff and students of MSU and Senior Citizens may receive a 10% discount unless otherwise indicated.  Only one discount per course.
