Problems Logging In? If you are certain you have correctly entered your username and password but are denied entry to the system, send an email to e.study@murraystate.edu to let us know of the problem, or telephone 270-762-2535 between 8:00AM and 4:30PM (CST or CDST). Please include your username, last 4 digits of your SSN, telephone number where you may be reached, the course number and the error message you are receiving. You will be contacted as quickly as possible with a resolution for your problem. You should also inform your instructor of the problem you have encountered.

You can pay for your class with a credit card by accessing RACER-TOUCH at 270-762-3500 or by making payment arrangements with the Bursar's office at 270-762-4226.  You can also pay online with Murray State's new online payment system, RACERPAY.  Click here to go to RACERPAY.

Students may also set up monthly payments by completing the Murray State Payment Plan application and returning it with the first payment.  Questions concerning payment plan and payment amount should be directed to the Bursar's Office at 270-762-4226.   Click here to go to BURSAR'S OFFICE.         

Students can check the status of your record by accessing the PIN system.  Any holds on your record will be indicated there.
