Problems Logging In? If
you are certain you have correctly entered your username and
password but are denied entry to the system, send an email
to e.study@murraystate.edu
to let us know of the problem, or telephone 270-809-2535
between 8:00AM and 4:30PM (CST or CDST). Please include your
username, last 4 digits of your SSN,
telephone number where you may be reached, the course
number and the error message you are receiving.
You will be contacted as quickly as possible with a
resolution for your problem. You should also inform your
instructor of the problem you have encountered.
