Problems Logging In? If you are certain you have correctly entered your username and password but are denied entry to the system, send an email to e.study@murraystate.edu to let us know of the problem, or telephone 270-809-2535 between 8:00AM and 4:30PM (CST or CDST). Please include your username, last 4 digits of your SSN, telephone number where you may be reached, the course number and the error message you are receiving. You will be contacted as quickly as possible with a resolution for your problem. You should also inform your instructor of the problem you have encountered.

Notes PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE FULL ACCESS TO YOUR COURSE UNTIL THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS, Wednesday, August 23, 2006!   Only students who are fully enrolled (with financial and academic good standing) will have access.   If you are not fully enrolled, you will need to make arrangements to have the financial or academic hold on your record released:
  1. You can pay for your class with a credit card by accessing RACER-TOUCH at 270-809-3500 or by making payment arrangements with the Bursar's office at 270-809-4226.  You can also pay online with Murray State's new online payment system, RACERPAY.  Click here to go to RACERPAY.

Students can check the status of your record by accessing the PIN system.  Any holds on your record will be indicated there.

You will receive access to Blackboard 1-2 business days after record holds are released.    

The PIN system will also allow students to:

  • View class schedules
  • View grade reports
  • View account balance
  • View 1098T tax information
  • View student loan notices
  • View contact information
  • View personal information
  • Request enrollment verification
  • View holds information
