How to apply: Submit a graduate application to Murray State University and list Gifted and Talented certificate endorsement program as your desired major. The admission requirements will be compatible with the highest current standards of admission at the participating universities. Students who meet the minimum qualifications will be eligible to complete a program application form. Those forms and other documents (transcripts, etc.) will be screened by the participating faculty to verify compliance with institutional standards. Program Prerequisites: 1. The possession of a valid teaching certificate for the elementary, middle school, or high school level. 2. One year of teaching experience (may be the intern year). 3. Admission to graduate study at Murray State University.
